Nighttime navigation is not permitted. Respect marked swimming zones and always remain more than 200 meters from the shoreline. Be aware that, in addition to endangering swimmers' lives, the noise from your jet ski is highly disruptive to others. Maintain a distance of at least 50 meters from other jet skis, floating devices, marked divers, ships, and other vessels. Do not navigate within or near regatta courses where you might obstruct athletes. Wear high-visibility cold-weather gear and carry signal lights and energy-rich food. Locate the vessel's safety equipment before setting sail. In the event of trouble, stay with the vessel, put on life jackets, and do not attempt to swim to shore. Signal for help using emergency equipment such as flares or an air horn. Speed ​​is limited to 3 knots in port access channels, anchorage areas, and locations with high vessel density. Beaching the vessel is strictly prohibited. Inform someone of your planned route before departure. Anchoring over rocky seabeds is strictly prohibited. If Maritime Rescue services are contacted, the renter is responsible for all rescue costs. Failure to comply with any of these rules will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit to cover any penalties arising from the misuse of the vessel.
