RENTAL CONDITIONS
Payment Terms and Conditions
- 50% of the total price must be paid in order to proceed with the reservation.
If payment is not made, Falcao Uno will have the right to cancel the request.
- The second part of the payment must be made 15 days before boarding.
- If the second payment is not made, Falcao Uno will not proceed with the event, retaining the initial payment as compensation.
- Upon receiving full payment, the client will receive the charter contract, which must be signed and emailed to: info@falcaouno.com.
- During check-in, we will process the security deposit of €2,000 via credit card. This deposit will be returned to the client, provided no damage has been caused to the boat.
- If an "option" is not confirmed through payment, it will be canceled or automatically moved to the option queue for that specific date.
- Bringing your own food and drinks on board is not permitted.
- Save the Med Expeditions has awarded Falcao Uno Yacht Events the 5-star "Plastic Free Balearics" certification for our
challenge of not serving or using single-use plastic on board. Therefore, plastic mattresses, inflatable toys, and any type of single-use plastic are prohibited on board.
- A list of all passengers and their ID or passport numbers is required prior to boarding.
- Towel service is included. One towel per passenger.
Cancellation Policy
- If the event is canceled by Falcao Uno (due to breakdowns or force majeure), all amounts paid by the client up to that point will be refunded.
- If the event is canceled due to weather (a cloudy day does not imply cancellation), an alternative day will be found if possible.
- If the client cancels, the following percentages of the initially agreed price/amount will be charged:
· More than 1 month before the embarkation date: 25%
· More than 15 days and less than 30 days before the embarkation date: 50%
· Less than 15 days before the embarkation date: 100%.
· Each additional service (e.g., catering, DJ, watersports, etc.) has its own cancellation policy, and Falcao Uno is not responsible for its procedures.
